The explosion-proof lifting winch is a lifting machine installed in underground explosion-risk environments such as gas and coal dust. It is mainly used for pulling coal mines and other auxiliary processing operations in coal mines, as well as other mines in tunnels with an inclination angle of less than 30 degrees. It can also be used to schedule and group mines at the coal face and loading stations at the loading face.
ts working principle: the motor provides drum torque through the reducer system, the wire rope and drum are wound, and the brake device controls the operation and stop to achieve the purpose of dispatching and transporting materials. There are main winch drum, planetary gear transmission, brake device, base, explosion-proof motor and other components. The motor gear is directly installed on the shaft end of the explosion-proof winch, which reduces the volume of the winch and makes the structure compact. Two brake devices are installed on the winch. The brake on one side of the motor is used to brake the reel, and the brake on the large internal gear has a clutch effect. When the brake is fully braked, the (planetary gear) gear rotates along the large internal gear to drive the drum to work. Through the alternating operation of the two brakes, the towed load can be transferred or stopped at any desired position.
In order to reduce the noise of the explosion-proof winch, it is necessary to conduct a practical investigation of the noise source, measure and analyze the sound pressure level of the hydraulic system, conduct frequency analysis, and master the size and frequency of the noise source of the explosion-proof winch. The following measures should be taken:
1. Use low-noise motors; use elastic couplings to reduce vibration and noise caused by the connecting rod;
2. The mounting surfaces of motors, hydraulic pumps, and hydraulic valves should be equipped with anti-vibration rubber pads;
3. Try to use hydraulic manifolds instead of pipes to reduce vibration;
4. Use accumulators and rubber hoses to reduce vibration caused by pressure pulsation. Accumulators can absorb noise below 10 Hz, and high-frequency noise is very important for hydraulic hoses. Material soundproof covers can also reduce noise on hydraulic pump covers.
