The after-sales service department has strict internal rules and regulations and assessment methods. Serve users patiently and thoughtfully. After-sales Service

Provide technical consulting services for users throughout the entire process: provide free selection technical documents, including equipment general drawings, foundation drawings, relevant technical requirements, equipment configuration requirements, installation requirements, etc.

Our company provides free maintenance for one year after delivery and use. During this period, if there are any quality issues with the equipment, our company will be responsible for maintenance and debugging. The maintenance costs and replacement costs of non-conforming components incurred shall be borne by our company. (Excluding human factors)

Provide timely technical support services for user selection, making the purchase satisfactory.

  1. During the warranty period, we will be responsible for repairing and bearing the cost for any defects or damage to the hoist caused by our manufacturing.
  2. Outside the warranty period, if there are any defects or damage caused by any reason, we can provide maintenance services and repair the equipment until it completes normal operation; the cost incurred shall belong to the replacement or supply of accessories manufactured by us, and shall be based on the current price. The price will be discounted by 10%. It is a matching accessory. Contact us actively and the price will be discounted by 10% according to the matching accessories.
  3. Provide customers with a free replacement of wearing parts (wearing parts include: sealing rings, O-rings, high-speed nylon rods).
  4. Whether within the warranty period or outside the warranty period, after receiving the user’s telephone service notification, we will provide service feedback as soon as possible and strive to be fast and thoughtful.
  5. Before sales, provide users with a detailed introduction to product performance, operating specifications, usage requirements, and provide relevant information, act as a good advisor to users, and provide users with high-quality products that are safe, reliable, and cost-effective.
  6. Provide technical training to winch operators according to user needs.
