Introduce

The mining sheave is also called a fixed sheave. It is installed on the derrick as a support and is used to support and drag the hoist drum between the lifting containers and guide the steering of the wire rope when the mine is lifted. The rope groove is equipped with plastic lining or rubber block to increase the service life of the wire rope.

Operational principle

1. The wheel body of the shaft shaft wheel and the shaft sinking wheel body only performs rotational motion.
2. The vertical shaft sheave is mainly used for vertical shaft lifting and inclined shaft skip lifting.
3. The shaft drilling sheave is used to suspend the hanging plate and stabilize the rope when drilling the vertical shaft.
4. In addition to rotating, the wheel body of the moving wheel can also move axially.
