When toxic and harmful gases underground endanger people’s lives or when signs of toxic and harmful gases are found and pose a serious threat to life, on-site workers should open the door of the air pressure self-rescue device as soon as possible, then open the pneumatic valve, put on a mask to breathe, and ask for help.

The steps are as follows:
1.Pull out the latch and open the door;
2. Open the air inlet valve and observe the pressure indication;
3. Take out the breathing mask, put it on your mouth and nose, breathe naturally, and put it on your head (if you feel uncomfortable, pull up the pressure adjustment knob and turn it clockwise to increase the pressure. Turn it counterclockwise to decrease the pressure. Adjust to the desired setting. Pressure is required, the pressure reaches 0.05-0.07MPA, and then press the pressure adjustment knob to lock).
Maintenance and precautions:
1. Do not pull the mask hard to avoid pulling the connector of the air tube or breaking the tube.
2. Knocking and beating are prohibited.
3. Maintenance must be carried out every month. Make sure the ventilation of the self-rescue station or system is intact, check whether there is an air outlet, and whether the pneumatic valve handle is flexible and reliable.
