(2. Steel wire rope maintenance: Regularly lubricate the steel wire rope and replace it in a timely manner to meet the scrap standard.
(3. Brake system maintenance: Check the wear of the brake shoes, adjust the brake clearance, and ensure reliable braking.
(4. Maintenance of reducer: Check the oil quality and quantity inside the reducer, replace lubricating oil in a timely manner, and check the meshing condition of the gears.
(5. Electrical system inspection: Clean the dust from electrical equipment, check whether the circuit connections are firm, and test the functions of various protective devices.
(6. Lubrication of mechanical components: Regularly lubricate all rotating parts, bearings, etc.
(7. Troubleshooting and repair: When a malfunction occurs, promptly and accurately determine the cause of the malfunction and carry out targeted maintenance.
(8. Verification of safety protection devices: Regularly verify safety protection devices such as over winding, over speed, and speed limit to ensure their sensitivity and effectiveness.
(9. Equipment cleaning: Keep the winch and surrounding environment clean to avoid debris affecting operation.
