Visual inspection methodFor some relatively simple faults, the components can be inspected by looking, touching, listening and smelling.
Visual diagnosis method
Use your eyes to observe the working condition of the hydraulic system of the mine hoist, observe the pressure value and temperature changes of each pressure measuring point of the hydraulic system of the mine hoist, and check whether the oil is clean and whether the oil is sufficient. Observe whether there is oil leakage at the hydraulic width and pipe joints of the mine hoist, the end cover of the hydraulic cylinder of the mine hoist, and the drive shaft of the hydraulic pump. Observe the products processed from the equipment or the performance tests conducted, and identify the working state of the motion mechanism, the stability of the system pressure and flow, and the working state of the solenoid valve.
Auditory diagnosis method
Use your ears to judge whether the hydraulic system or components of the mine hoist are working normally. Listen to whether the noise of the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic system of the mine hoist is too loud; listen to whether there are abnormal sounds of components such as the overflow valve; listen to whether the impact sound is too loud when the workbench is reversed; listen to whether the piston hits the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, etc.
Tactile diagnosis method
Touch the temperature and working status of the moving parts with your hands, and touch the temperature of the hydraulic pump housing, the outer wall of the oil tank and the valve body housing of the mine hoist with your hands. The normal temperature should be around 55℃. If it exceeds 60℃, the cause should be checked. Touch the moving parts and oil pipes with your hands to feel whether there is obvious vibration.
Olfactory diagnosis method
The hydraulic plate rolling machine of the mine hoist is to smell the hydraulic oil with your nose to see if there is any peculiar smell. If the hydraulic oil smells a burnt smell locally, it means that the hydraulic components of the mine hoist such as the hydraulic pump of the mine hoist are locally heated, causing the hydraulic oil to be burned and smoked, and the heating part can be judged based on this. Smell the hydraulic oil to see if it has a foul smell or a pungent spicy smell. If so, it means that the hydraulic oil has been seriously contaminated and cannot be used any more.
