1. The sheave device emits abnormal sound during operation
Causes: The abnormal sound of the overhead wheel is usually caused by a variety of factors, including the stress relief process of the overhead wheel device, the damage of the overhead bearing, and the poor lubrication of the bearing.
Solution: The squeak usually dissipates gradually with the passage of time. In the case of bearing damage, the lubrication status of the bearing should be checked, the damaged bearing should be replaced, and the lubrication management should be strengthened.
2. The surface of the bearing or wheel shaft shows serious wear marks
Causes: Bearing wear is mainly caused by poor lubrication, unbalanced tension of wire rope, deflection of the lifting centerline and other factors. The wear of the wheel axle is often caused by the hard material of the bearing.
Solution: Purchase high-quality bearings. Strengthen lubrication management to ensure that the grease is clean and appropriate. Check the tension of the wire rope regularly and adjust the unbalanced tension in time. In addition, adjust the installation position of the hoist or reinforce the derrick to ensure the accuracy of the lifting centerline.
3. The spokes of the sheave device are broken
Causes: Wheel spoke fracture is mainly caused by factors such as insufficient weld strength of the wheel body, fatigue accumulation in long-term operation, and severe friction during emergency braking.
Treatment: In the process of wheel body production and manufacturing, ensure that the strength of the weld meets the requirements. Regularly check the wear and tear of the weld and repair the cracked weld in time.
4. The liner of the sheave is eccentric, and the depth of the rope groove is inconsistent
Reason: It is caused by factors such as unbalanced tension of wire rope, insufficient accuracy of the car groove, and gasket material problems.
Solution: Check the tension of the wire rope regularly and adjust the unbalanced tension in time. Improve the accuracy of the groove to ensure that the depth of the rope groove is consistent. For the problem of liner material, the liner material with excellent wear resistance should be selected.
5. The deflection of the sheave is out of tolerance
Reason: due to serious wear of the wheel bearing, spindle bending, bearing damage and other factors.
Solution: Replace the badly worn bearings and bearings, and repair the bent spindle. For the installation position of the overhead wheel device, it should be ensured that its horizontality and verticality meet the requirements.
