Analysis and handling of common faults in mining hoists

(1) Oil leakage and unstable oil pressure

After long-term use, there is a large amount of leakage between the oil collection circuit and between the valve and the oil collection circuit during the installation of the safety brake. Due to the loosening of the screws between the two, the valve cannot loosen due to the decrease in oil pressure. Tightening the screws can eliminate the fault. The reason for unstable oil pressure is that there is air mixed in the hydraulic system, which should be swept away. Alternatively, the current filtering of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating coil is not good, causing the coil to vibrate up and down, resulting in unstable oil pressure. An electrolytic capacitor can be installed to enhance filtering.

(2) The oil pressure value cannot be guaranteed

The reason is that the system has air suction, the oil tank has a lot of foam, or the overflow valve and the electromagnetic reversing valve have large leakage. Treatment method: check whether the oil suction port of the oil pump leaks; Can the pipe joint at the oil pump suction be tightened; Can the screws of the oil suction filter be tightened; Check if there is any leakage in the pipeline from the oil suction filter to the oil pump suction port; Check if the screws on the oil pump end cover can be tightened; Clean the valve core of the safety valve. If the valve core is not sensitive inside the valve body, hold it by hand and grind it back and forth inside the valve body to clean the electromagnetic directional valve core. Ensure that the valve core moves sensitively inside the valve body to ensure it is in place during operation.

(3) Excessive residual pressure of mining elevators

Excessive pressure can cause the brakes to lose their function, mainly due to the small distance between the baffle on the control rod installed for electro-hydraulic pressure regulation and the nozzle; The throttle hole of the safety valve is too large, and the disposal method is to adjust or replace the baffle on the control rod; Change the throttle hole of the relief valve to a smaller one.
