(1) Before rope adjustment, the two hook lifting containers must be emptied first, and the container on the live drum side must be placed at the bottom of the well.
(2) When adjusting the rope, the live drum must be fixed before the clutch can be opened.
(3) Each time the rope is adjusted, the live drum should be covered before the rope is adjusted
(4) Before closing the clutch, the gears should be aligned, and the clutch should be closed after oil is added to the gears.
(5) When the clutch is too tight and cannot be withdrawn or closed, power can be supplied to make the dead drum rotate slightly before withdrawing (closing). Do not hit it hard to prevent damage to the clutch.
(6) During rope adjustment, it is strictly forbidden to lift or lower a single hook.
(7) After the rope adjustment is completed, check the hydraulic system, the position of each solenoid valve and the clutch cylinder is accurate, and run it without load. Only when it is confirmed to be correct can it be lifted normally.
