Use and scope of application 

ZTK (P) non-explosion-proof mining hoist electric control device is suitable for ac frequency conversion motor transmission of single rope winding wharf cable car hoist (winch) or single rope winding mine hoist (winch) and multi-rope friction mine hoist (winch), can be matched with the newly installed hoist (winch), also suitable for the technical transformation of the elevator (winch) old electric control.

1. Electronic control equipment is suitable for the following applicable places (beyond the following environmental orders):

1) The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters. If the altitude exceeds this altitude, the power and capacity of the components should be increased according to the altitude, with appropriate capacity reduction, and the safety parameters such as safe creepage distance of some components should be considered.

2) The ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40℃, not less than 0℃;

3) The relative humidity shall not exceed 85%;

4) No conductive dust and gas damaging the metal and insulation;

5) No violent vibration and bumpy inclination is not more than 5°;

6). No strong magnetic field effect;

7), do not need explosion-proof places;

8) After taking necessary measures, it can meet the applicable place;

9) The application of special places must be non-standard orders, which must be indicated in the technical agreement.
