Introduce

The sheave device usually consists of a fixed wheel, a traveling wheel, a sheave shaft and main bearings at both ends. The fixed wheel is connected to the shaft through a flat key. When the elevator is running, the friction wheel drives the steel wire rope to move. The friction between the steel wire rope and the sheave wheel liner drives the fixed wheel to rotate, thereby driving the sheave wheel shaft to rotate at the same time.

Operational principle

1. The wheel body of the shaft shaft wheel and the shaft sinking wheel body only performs rotational motion.
2. The vertical shaft sheave is mainly used for vertical shaft lifting and inclined shaft skip lifting.
3. The shaft drilling sheave is used to suspend the hanging plate and stabilize the rope when drilling the vertical shaft.
