This product is designed and manufactured according to the safety production industry standard of the People’s Republic of China AQ1033-2007 “JTP type lifting winch for coal mine”, the machinery industry standard of the People’s Republic of China JB / T7888-2010 “JTP type mine lifting winch” and the company enterprise standard Q / HBSHM002-2016 “JTP type mine lifting winch”. Suitable for coal mine, metal ore and non-metal ore ground or underground inclined roadway and shaft for lifting material or personnel.

 Structural features of the spindle unit

The spindle device of the lifting (machine) winch consists of fixed drum, movable drum (only double drum) spindle, two bearing seats, rope regulating mechanism (only double drum) and other parts, which are used to wrap or release the wire rope. The single cylinder lifting (machine) winch wire rope is the upper rope, the double cylinder lifting (machine) winch movable drum is the lower rope, the fixed drum is the upper rope, and the drum is equipped with lining wood.

The drum of the lifting (machine) winch is designed according to the latest elasticity theory, and the high strength and low alloy steel Q345A is selected as the cylinder shell material. There are two types of integral welding and partial bolt connection: to facilitate the maintenance or replacement in operation, it can also be made into a split section.

Both ends of the spindle are equipped with high efficiency and convenient disassembly and maintenance. So far, this series of mine lifting winch has realized all the rotating parts for full rolling transmission, so the efficiency of the whole machine is more than 90%, which is an energy-saving mine lifting (machine) winch.
